Account information
Registration stores your panda name, password hash, selected Boy or Girl style, and birth year. No email address is requested. The password itself is never stored in readable form. Gameplay stores progress such as coins, inventory, clothing, furniture, pets, quests, friends, messages, and moderation state.
Chat and moderation
Messages accepted by the in-game chat, including preset messages, may be retained with the panda name, room, and time so authorized moderators can investigate safety reports and abuse. Authorized backend changes are separately audited. Passwords and remembered-login tokens are never available in the moderation interface.
Technical information
The server may record IP addresses, request times, security events, and error information for reliability and abuse prevention. Security-sensitive records may use a one-way keyed representation of an IP address. The website does not use advertising trackers.
Remembered login
If you stay signed in, the website stores a random account token on your device. Logging out invalidates and removes it. Protected staff sessions expire after a short period and require the current password again.
Your choices
You can change your password or permanently delete your panda and its related game data from the account page. Permanent deletion cannot be undone.
